Sigmawave, at its sole discretion, may/may not accept an item to be returned within the Fourteen Day grace period. Only in the rarest of cases will Sigmawave offer an in-store credit and/or a refund. A 15% restocking fee may be charged at Sigmawave sole discretion.

A part returned to Sigmawave for refund or credit MUST be returned in its original condition. This includes, but is not limited to, undamaged manuals, accessories, software, and the original box and its packaging. Opened software packages can not be returned.

Defective Items Returned to Sigmawave

All components whether purchased as parts or included in a computer system if defective will be returned to the suppliers and/or manufacturers for repair and/or replacement. Generally, parts take approx 1 to 4 weeks to repair/replace. The amount of time required for replacements/repairs varies depending on suppliers and/or manufacturers. Sigmawave has NO CONTROL on the amount of time needed to replace/repair the hardware component.
